You are required to submit five short essay assignments for this course; they offer the
advantage of ensuring that you do not let too much of a workload accumulate and that you
receive frequent feedback about your progress. A late penalty of 20% per calendar day applies.
Each essay should be approximately 1,000 words, the equivalent of four double spaced pages.
